Steps To Install Updates: 1) Go to ftp.vasinc.com\ocs\ocs14 and download exes_only.exe. This is a self-extracting zip file. 2) Unzip these files to a temporary directory on your server. 3) Stop the OCSENG service and copy all executables in OCSPROG\CDUSR to a backup location. 4) Copy the new executables from the temporary directory into OCSPROG\CDUSR. 5) Run the program conv_audhist.exe. This will update specific files to a new file format, which means there will be no data loss or corruption. NOTE: If you have previously run this program, it will simply start and stop automatically 6) Start the OCSENG service.
