What are the required settings for the OCS Client Printer?

Answer:

When your Monitor printer queues are set on the server, they will install on the client in the same manner.  This said, we must ensure the server is holding the correct settings in order for your client to print properly.  Below you will see the settings for your physical printer.  Ensure your physical printer is not shared has the same printer driver and settings as the Monitor queue.

Under the Ports tab, you must ensure your Monitor Queue is on an LPT1 port, is shared, has the same driver and configurations as your physical printer. 

Upon examination of the advanced settings, you should ensure that the correct printer driver, spool settings, and print processor are being used for all printers intended for use with OCS.  Other than “Print spooled documents first” any of the other features present under this section (i.e. Hold mismatched documents, Enable advanced printing features, or Keep printed documents) should not be enabled.
