How do I grant a credit to a users ledger?

Answer:

An OCS Administrator with Grant Credit User has a very limited role.  They only have the ability to do exactly what their access level name suggests.  That is, they can only grant credit to users of the OCS ledger system. 

The OCS Admin user must do the following if they want to give a user credit: 

Step 1: Obtain the user’s unique ID (i.e. account number) and enter it in the field provided. 

Step 2: Determine the credit amount.  Enter this information along with a remark in the fields provided. 

Step 3: Click the “Proceed” button. 

Step 4: Decide which ledger to have the credit post against, and click to select.
