How do I set a default reader-type to use with OCS?
Answer: Step 1: Using Explorer, or something similar, run SETUP.EXE from the OCSPROG\CDUSR directory Step 2: Select the “Change Reader Type” button Step 3: Select the correct reader manufacturer from the list provided If you OCS system is using a debit card or cash device the device type must be set for OCS to communicate to the device. The modules that use these devices are the Print Release Station, Patron Kiosk and Card Transfer Kiosk.
