How do I set up a Cash Pickup user? 

1.      Browse to the OCS server

2.      Run the OCS manager \\ocsprog\cdusr\ocsmgr.exe

3.      Select the Utilities Menu

4.      Select Security Passwords

You will be required to enter an OCS Administrative password.
 

1.      Enter a User Name and Password in the appropriate fields.  

NOTE: If using an On-Cash LAN device it is very important that only numbers are used to create these users.  The reason being, that the On-Cash LAN device will have a keypad consisting of numbers.   

2.      Press the Cash PU User Button 

3.      Add User 

The User will be created with a code of 28. Only users with a code of 28 can access the cash pick up functionality. Cash pick up users cannot access any other part of the OCS system
