User Groups

User groups allow for the restricting of computers and remote stations use based on a user’s group association. 

1.      Browse to OCS server

2.      Open OCS Manager.

3.      Select the “User Group Menu” button.
 

Manage user Groups

Assigning User Groups to Computer Groups 

Box A - displays the user Groups

Box B - displays the PC groups that the User group can access

Box C - displays the PC groups  

To Add a User Group - Enter the description, Press Add  

To Change a User Group – Select the user group from box A, Enter the change,                                           Press ‘Change’

To Remove a User Group – Select the user group from box A, Press ‘Remove’ 

To Add a PC Group to a user group - Select the user group from box A, Select the pc group from box C 

To Force a PIN Change – See the document "How to force Pin changes for User Groups".
