Using The Patron Kiosk
To exit the OCS Patron Kiosk Station, press the CTRL-ALT-E key combination (Touch Screen Mode click the X in the upper right corner). You will be prompted to enter an OCS Administrator name and password. The prompts
in Patron Kiosk are determined by the Account Filter, set in OCS Manager (i.e.
users will be prompted for some combination of Name, Account and/or PIN for
validation. Creating an Account: This option allows users to enter in the necessary fields to create an account, depending on the account filter. If the option is set, users will also be prompted to enter an email address. After creating an account, users will be prompted with the option to add funds to the new account. Adding Value to an Account: If the user is creating an account or adding value, the following screen will be displayed prompting the user to enter funds:
Check Account Balance: The following screen will be displayed prompting the user to enter their account information: View Account Balance:Forgotten PIN?The Patron Kiosk can email the account information to the user if this feature has been enabled and configured. The user enters their email address and, if the address is on file, an email message will be sent to him/her containing the account information. Modify Account:Change PIN:Change Email Address:The Patron user will be prompted to enter his/her account information and will then be allowed to enter an email address.
