Hotels often offer Business Suites for their guests. These business suites are generally self-service and often include copiers, faxes, printers and computers. OCS has several ways to charge visitors for using these services.

OCS On Account - Charge for computer use, photocopies and faxes. Charges can be applied to the room or funds can be collected when the service is rendered. A magnetic stripe card can be used, the user can enter in their room number and a password or can pay on the spot with a credit card.

OCS Coin-Op and Debit Card:
Coin-op & Credit Card: Set up a business suite with copiers, computers (time of use and print charges), and a fax machine. Have the users pay with coins, bills or credit card.

Debit Card: Set up a business suite with copiers, computers (time of use and print charges), and a fax machine. Have the users purchase or place a deposit for a debit card - either at the service counter or through a self service machine.
