OCS Timed-Access is a self-serve program which manages groups of computers within your facility. Users are allowed an allotted amount of time on a computer per day and access is gained with their library card or with a one-time-use number. The system is designed to rid you of the manual waitlist while creating an atmosphere of control and organization within your facility.

Timed-Access validates using an existing library card name and number (compatible with LDAP, SIP2, ODBC and many other systems) as well as One-Time-Use Numbers generated by OCS for non-patrons.

Gatekeeper works alongside Timed-Access to provide Computer Reservations and bring your facility a highly organized computer environment.
